Shipping policy

Anna Bostrom Art is fully dedicated to ensuring your purchased item is shipped out as soon as possible.

For change requests for your order please contact annabostromart@gmail.com within 24-hours of purchase.

Shipping

All Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days after clearance of payment. 

International orders are processed within 3-8 business days after clearance of payment.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Prints that are not limited editions are handled by an external printing company. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for order processing and fulfillment.

All Original Paintings are fully insured for shipment, free of charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your painting to be professionally prepped, packaged and shipped. 

Duties and taxes

*On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. Anna Bostrom Art is not responsible for this*

This studio is run and operated in Oregon, U.S and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals, prints and other sold merchandise.

Any applicable taxes and duties are NOT included in the checkout total. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
